How to return an item

1. Contact us: Send an email to customerservice@grace-aura.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.

3. Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

4. Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point, as indicated in the return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Please take photos of the issue and send them to customerservice@grace-aura.com. We’ll quickly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@grace-aura.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.
